What's Outside
Courtyard
We can host an outdoor wedding ceremony (for up to 120 guests) in our courtyard – perfect on sunny or warm days.
Exchange vows under the wooden pergola, and catch some sun-kissed couple photos, the birdsong will be the perfect backing track!
After your ceremony, the courtyard is turned into a chilled-out seating area – an absolute sun trap in the late afternoon!​​
Veranda
The barn has wrap-around seating areas, complete with parasols, heaters and sofas. Your reception drinks can be served on the veranda while your guests mingle – possibly with some canapés and live music.
We also have ample undercover seating, meaning that our outside space can be used all year round – no matter what the weather!
Chill out tipi
The tipi can be added to any wedding package and is a fantastic lounge area which is set aside from the main event. Couples often use it as a chill out space for their guests.

The tipi Includes sofas and a fire pit, so it’s a perfect snug anytime of the year!

Some ways our couples have used it: s’mores station for winter months, shade for summer months, games hub, Kids only zone, cosy photo area.

The grounds
Within our 14 acres of land you'll find lots of rustic areas which are perfect for official wedding photos.
A private walkway leads up to the main entrance of the barn which is often used for confetti or sparkler shots.

Across the bridge is a walking route which leads to spectacular views of Roseberry Topping!
